By downloading, installing, accessing or using Dezire, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app or this website.
2. About the service
Dezire is an Android music player project developed by Nikhlesh Bharti. It is intended to provide tools for browsing and playing music available to the app on your device. Dezire is in development. Features, interfaces, compatibility and availability may change without notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally able to agree to these terms under the laws that apply to you. If you are a minor, use Dezire with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
4. Intellectual property
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Dezire's original name, branding, visual design, software, text and other original materials are owned by Nikhlesh Bharti and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy, modify, redistribute, reverse engineer or create derivative works from proprietary parts of Dezire, except where applicable law or a separate written licence permits it.
Third-party libraries, SDKs, trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners and are governed by their own licences and terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to access, play, store or otherwise use music and other content on your device. Dezire does not grant rights to copyrighted music or a licence to distribute it.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Dezire, interfere with its operation or security, use it to violate applicable law or third-party rights, or attempt unauthorised access to systems or services connected with the app.
7. Third-party services
Some app versions may include third-party services, SDKs, advertising or external metadata integrations. Those services are provided under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
8. Availability and updates
We may update, suspend, restrict or discontinue all or part of Dezire, including features, at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or Android version, or that every planned feature will be released.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dezire is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties that cannot legally be excluded. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for every particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, Dezire. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the app evolves. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Governing law
These terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules and other rights that apply in your jurisdiction. Courts with appropriate jurisdiction in India may hear disputes, subject to applicable law.
